ACM3 BROWSER TROUBLESHOOTING

The game uses a large web build and loads only after age confirmation. Start with the quick checks below; most blank-player and stalled-loading problems do not require reinstalling anything.

BLACK SCREENSLOW LOADAUDIO & SAVE

Try these first

  1. Confirm you are 18+ so the embedded game can load.
  2. Keep the tab open for the first download.
  3. Reload once, then try a current Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser.
  4. Disable a content blocker for this site if it prevents the game host from loading.
  5. Use a normal browsing window and allow site storage if you want progress to persist.

Black screen or player never appears

The player is intentionally absent before age confirmation. After confirmation, the page loads the game from s.anomalouscoffeemachine3.online. This is a separate origin from the guide page, so a blocker can allow this page but still block the game. If the frame remains blank:

  1. Reload the page and confirm your age again.
  2. Check that JavaScript is allowed for this site.
  3. Temporarily pause strict tracking protection or an extension that blocks embedded content.
  4. Open the site in a current Chromium or Firefox browser.
  5. Switch networks if a firewall or filtered connection blocks the game host.

Keep the current game tab open when checking another page. If you decide to switch to a downloadable build, use the official platform guide; browser saves should not be assumed to transfer.

The loading screen is slow

A web game must download and prepare its engine and data before the first scene appears. Keep the tab active and avoid repeatedly refreshing while files are still arriving. A later visit can be faster if the browser is allowed to cache those files.

Do not clear site data while troubleshooting a slow first load unless you are prepared to lose locally stored progress. Clearing data forces the browser to download files again and may remove saves.

No sound

Browsers commonly wait for a user gesture before allowing audio. Click inside the game once, then check the game's own sound controls, the tab mute state, and your device output. If you switched headphones or speakers after loading, reload the player so it detects the current output.

Keyboard or fullscreen does not work

Click inside the game frame before typing. The Coffee Machine's text input may also require selecting its on-screen keyboard panel first. The game stays in the page on phones and desktops. Its mobile frame fills at least two-thirds of the screen height; rotate to landscape if the controls need more width. Use the fullscreen icon to expand the player, then tap it again or press Escape to leave fullscreen.

Save or progress disappeared

Browser builds usually keep progress in browser-managed site storage. Progress may appear missing if you changed browsers, used private mode, cleared cookies or site data, or blocked storage. Return with the same browser profile and domain. Local browser progress does not automatically follow you to another device.

Still stuck?

Before reporting a problem, note your browser name and version, device, operating system, whether the age confirmation appeared, and the last visible loading message. That information makes it possible to separate a site issue from a game-build or browser issue.

You can send those details through the contact page.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS — ACM3 BROWSER FIXES

01Why is the ACM3 player a black screen?

The browser build is a Godot WebAssembly engine plus a game data pack, and both download and compile on the first visit. Leave the tab open while this happens, do not refresh, and click inside the player once it appears. A blank frame right after loading usually means the initial compile is still running.

02Why is the loading screen so slow the first time?

The first visit downloads the WebAssembly engine and the larger game data pack, and the browser then compiles them. Later visits are faster because the assets are cached. A reload during the first load restarts the whole download, which is why the page should not be refreshed mid-load.

03There is no sound. How do I fix it?

Check that the tab is not muted and that the browser is not blocking autoplay for the page. The game audio starts after the first interaction, so click inside the player before expecting audio. If the sound is still missing after a reload, try a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.

04My keyboard input or fullscreen does not work. What should I try?

Click inside the player first so it has focus, then try the key again. The word input lives in an embedded game frame, so focus has to be inside that frame rather than on the surrounding page. For fullscreen, use the in-page fullscreen button rather than the browser shortcut, which some embedded frames intercept differently.

05My progress or save disappeared. Is it gone for good?

Godot web games store progress in browser-managed IndexedDB, so the save lives under the browser profile you used. Check that you are in the same browser and the same profile, and that site storage is not blocked. Clearing site data or using private browsing will remove the save.
