01What is the Mixer in Anomalous Coffee Machine 3?

The Mixer is the room station that combines two separate, unused cups into one new cup. A plus sign in a route marks a Mixer recipe. The output cup is a new item, so it still has to be collected from the dispenser and then used on a character.

02What happens if I drink a recipe ingredient first?

The recipe fails, because a cup has one job. Keep both ingredient cups untouched in Inventory until you are ready to combine them, and use the Mixer rather than giving the cups to a character in sequence.

03How many Mixer combinations are documented in v0.1?

16 Mixer combinations, plus 7 exact-order transformation routes that are not Mixer recipes. The direct-word transformations are counted separately, so the 16 recipes are the subset that needs two collected cups and a plus sign.

04What is a common failure when mixing cups?

The most common one is mixing a cup that was already used, then a second common one is giving both cups to a character instead of taking them to the Mixer. The third is expecting the output cup to be ready without collecting it from the dispenser.

05Do I need the Mixer for ordered transformation routes?

No. Ordered routes use an arrow instead of a plus sign, and the cups are given to the same character in the written order without touching the Mixer. Use the Mixer only for routes that show a plus sign.
