Quick answer
For the documented routes on this page: brew the required form cup and use it on the specified character; brew a separate Sex cup; then give the Sex cup to the Neighbor. The form cup prepares a character state. It does not itself guarantee that a scene will play.
Version scope: the examples below describe this site's v0.1 browser reference. The developer's v0.2 update added a new neighbor, forms and scenes, so a newer build may have different routes.
Where the final action happens
The screenshots show the in-game Neighbor interaction and Mixer interface. They explain where to carry a prepared cup and where a plus-sign recipe is made; they do not depict or imply an adult scene result.

The scene trigger in three steps
- Prepare the form. Make the route’s listed cup and use it on Horu or the Neighbor as specified. A recipe result may need the Mixer; an arrow route must be given to one character in order.
- Make a separate Sex cup. The transformation cup and Sex cup have different jobs. Keep the Sex cup until the character setup is complete.
- Use Sex on the Neighbor. In the route observations listed here, the scene check happens when the Neighbor receives the Sex cup. Brewing it or placing it in Inventory is not the trigger.
Important: a form can exist without a confirmed scene route. Do not assume that every word, transformation, or pair of transformed characters unlocks a scene.
Route examples with exact cup order
These examples are for the v0.1 browser build represented by this portal. “Horu form” and “Neighbor form” describe the character state before the final Sex cup is used.
| ROUTE | PREPARE THE CHARACTERS | FINAL ACTION | METHOD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blood — direction A Horu form image | Give Blood to Horu. Leave the Neighbor Human. | Give a separate Sex cup to the Neighbor. | Two separate cups |
| Blood — direction B Neighbor screen | Give Blood to the Neighbor. Leave Horu Human. | Give a separate Sex cup to the Neighbor. | Two separate cups |
| Heaven or Hell Angel image Demon image | Use Heaven or Hell on Horu or the Neighbor; the documented directions leave the other character Human. | Give a separate Sex cup to the Neighbor. | Two separate cups |
| AngelDemon Mixer screen | Make Heaven and Hell cups, combine them in the Mixer, then use the result on the chosen character. | Give a separate Sex cup to the Neighbor. | Mixer, then trigger |
| Lava Ordered form route | Give Immortality, then Lava, to the same character. Do not use the Mixer. | After the Lava form is visible, give a separate Sex cup to the Neighbor. | Ordered drinks, then trigger |
| Ghost — Neighbor route Ordered form route | Give Ghost, then Death, to the Neighbor. | Give a separate Sex cup to the Neighbor. | Ordered drinks, then trigger |
For the complete transformation inputs, use the 77 transformation routes. To check whether a word is a direct input or an ingredient, use the Coffee Words reference. Mixer inputs and ordered drinks are listed separately in the Fusion Recipes guide.
Ten game images for checking a route
The Neighbor and Mixer captures above show the destination and the recipe tool. The eight screenshots below show possible setup states and a reset. They are non-explicit game captures. None depicts a scene trigger succeeding, and a visible transformation alone should not be treated as proof that an adult scene exists for that state.

cure on that character before reproducing a documented route from Normal.

Image boundary: these ten screenshots explain game controls and character states. They do not document explicit outcomes or add unverified scene combinations to the route table.
Reproduce a route in a controlled way
Start with one documented direction and keep a brief record: game build, Horu's visible state, Neighbor's visible state, which character received each cup, and what happened after the final cup. The two Blood directions are separate experiments. In direction A, Blood goes to Horu and the Neighbor remains Human. In direction B, Blood goes to the Neighbor and Horu remains Human. If you swap those receivers halfway through an attempt, the outcome cannot be compared with either row.
For Heaven and Hell, make only the cup required by the selected direction, use it on the named receiver, and check the visible state before making the Sex cup. For AngelDemon, do not type the combined form name as though it were a direct word. Brew Heaven and Hell separately, collect both unused cups, place them in the Mixer, collect its output, and use that output on the chosen character. This is why the Mixer image appears here alongside character screens.
The Lava and Ghost examples use arrows, which mean ordered drinks given to one character. They do not use the Mixer. A direct Fire state, a Ghost cup sitting in Inventory, or an unused Immortality cup does not complete those sequences. Look for the intended form after the final setup drink, then make a new Sex cup and give it to the Neighbor. If the form was not reached, diagnose the setup before repeating the trigger.
| CHECKPOINT | WHAT IT CONFIRMS | IF IT IS WRONG |
|---|---|---|
| Both characters at baseline | You can compare the chosen direction with the route table. | Use Cure on the character carrying an old form, then restart the setup. |
| Setup cup collected | The item left the dispenser and is available in Inventory. | Return to the machine and take the cup before leaving. |
| Correct receiver visibly changed | The form cup was used on the character named by the route. | Check the route direction; resetting and repeating is clearer than guessing from an uncertain state. |
| Recipe method completed | Mixer outputs and ordered drinks were handled by their different rules. | For a plus sign use the Mixer; for an arrow give drinks one by one to the same character. |
| Separate Sex cup used last | The documented v0.1 trigger was attempted after setup. | Brew a fresh cup and use it on the Neighbor only after the intended form is present. |
If all checkpoints match and the result still differs, note the game build rather than claiming an unobserved scene. The official development log records updates after the browser reference used by this guide. A changed build may require a newly verified route.
Follow one route from a clean state
- Pick a documented direction. Blood on Horu with a Human Neighbor differs from Blood on the Neighbor with Human Horu. Check which character receives the form cup.
- Finish any recipe first. For AngelDemon, make separate Heaven and Hell cups, combine them in the Mixer, collect its output, then use that output on the chosen character.
- Confirm the visible state. If either character is already in a different form, use
cureand prepare the intended route again. - Use a fresh Sex cup last. For the examples on this page, collect it and give it to the Neighbor after the setup is complete.
Why a scene may not trigger
| CHECK | WHAT TO DO |
|---|---|
| The setup cup was only brewed | Take it from the dispenser, confirm it is in Inventory, and use it on the intended character. |
| The wrong character received a cup | Compare both character states with the route. Some routes distinguish whether Horu or the Neighbor has the form. |
| The route used an arrow | Give each cup to the same character in the displayed order. Do not put a sequential route in the Mixer. |
| The route used a plus sign | Keep both ingredient cups unused and combine them in the Mixer before using the resulting cup. |
| The Sex cup was used too early or on the wrong target | Finish the form setup first. For the examples above, the final action is Sex → Neighbor. |
| The character is already in another form | Use cure to return that character to Normal, then repeat the route from the beginning. |
| The scene still does not play | The route may not be available in that game build. A failed test is not proof that a missing scene exists; check the version and use a route recorded for that build. |
What this guide does and does not claim
- The routes above describe specific v0.1 observations, not a count of every adult scene in the game.
- Some comparison tests, including Human × Human, Neighbor + Moss, and Domination + Sex, did not trigger a scene in the recorded v0.1 runs. Treat those as “not observed,” not proof that no later build can use them.
- The developer’s official itch.io page lists a v0.2 update after the initial v0.1 release. New forms, scenes, and neighbor content can change which routes work; check the official development log for current release notes.
- This site is an unofficial fan guide. The game and its content belong to HoruBrain.
Prefer to avoid adult scenes?
Do not use the Sex cup. A cup’s form effect and the separate scene-trigger action are different steps in the routes described above. The game itself still contains mature imagery and horror; the game’s 18+ notice remains relevant even if you skip scene-trigger actions.
